Visit our center to meet our staff, see our classrooms, and ask questions.

Complete enrollment paperwork and submit required documents with registration fee.

Schedule orientation, meet your child's teachers, and begin your first day!

📋 Required Documents

Please have the following ready when you enroll

💉 Immunization Records

Up-to-date immunization record from your child's pediatrician

🏥 Health Assessment

Physical examination form completed within the past 12 months

🏥 Dental Assessment

Dental Examination form completed within the past 12 months for Pre-K Students

🚨 Emergency Contacts

Names and phone numbers for at least two emergency contacts

  • Registration: $50 (non-refundable)
  • Supply Fee: $35 annually
